I have been a cool Ray customer for years now. Jim Denton is my preferred service technician. Jim is very professional and competent at what he does. I am a military sexual trauma survivor and feel very uncomfortable when alone with men in my presence. When Jim is around I don’t feel that I have to keep my guard up. Kyle McGuire and Miles did an excellent job of repairing our main water line leak. We had a busted pipe and they responded quickly to attend to our repairs. They were both professional and personable and did an excellent job!
