Service is always good. We have the maintenance plan by which they come twice annually to check everything and replace filters when needed. We buy the filters though as we get at better price. They are fine with that. We have 2 units and one of them they even maintain that we did not get from them and they did not install. They send reminders to set up an appt for the maintenance so we don't miss it.
The technician was very thorough ensuring to explain the status of all units and provide recommendations to ensure the best results running the units.
He was very nice and new exactly what he was doing and ask me if I had any questions feel free to to ask super nice person
