RecommendedCoolray and I have been teammates for quite a while. My last product from Coolray was a Trane XL16i. Since Trane was purchased by Ingersoll Rand, Coolray switched over to Carrier. Although my product has been fine, Trane products and customer service has gone to the dogs, causing Coolray to switch to another great product...Carrier. Three things that one should learn at an early age: 1--Good/Honest Mechanic 2--Good/Honest Plumber 3--Good/Honest HVCA Company

Longtime customer of Coolray...chose them to replace AC unit at prior house and have used them at our new home to rezone our system and for yearly HVAC maintenance . Good service, on time, very professional service reps. Doug was on time for our heating checkup, took care of our furnace, explained what he did and handled the "no contact" experience we all deal with now very professionally.
