Patrick was knowledgeable, explained my issues so that I could understand them, and based on the reputation of the company, I was certain I wasn't receiving a "bill of goods". RecommendedDouglas the tech was great. Figured out the issue with my AC really fast. Didn’t have the part. Got it ordered and was able to at least get the air running for the weekend. Part came today. He was able to fix quickly. Great service. Great professionalism.
