I have been a customer for many years and Coolray came through when I really needed them. My main A/C unit went out on a Sunday and Douglas was there first thing Monday morning and fixed it! It was at least 90 degrees that day in the morning! Douglas was very professional. A top notch employee!

We had 2 systems replaced in November of 2019 and paid $25,000+ for the top of the line systems along with maintenance packages. Main system goes down 8 months later! Called for emergency repair ( 2 small children in home). Was treated very rudely by customer service and told to wait until the next afternoon. I understand it is summer and people are calling, but what did we pay all of that money for? It was certainly not for the wonderful customer service!
