We have received terrific service from Coolray for over 30 years. In this case, we called about an AC problem, and an appointment was scheduled in about four hours. Clay came, diagnosed the problem right away - in and out within 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service than this!

Professional and caring technicians. Mark detailed the issues identified with my units, gave me estimated timeline for the necessary service call and possible time the units will need to be replaced. I was at ease and didn’t feel like his main intention was to promote a sale.
Gary is excellent. I can always count on him to check my system and to make the necessary maintenance repairs. Coolray is lucky to have a qualified tech like Gary.
