Brad arrived with Mask, gloves, and shoe protectors and stayed 6 ft away. Very professional introduced himself and asked where the first unit was which was in the attic he then went to the basement and worked on it. Then outside to the actual AC units, he cleaned both and checked everything out. Then he found a filter downstairs when i needed two special filters, so he went back up in the attic and installed it for me since it would be substantially more accessible for me to install the basement filter as i am in a wheelchai... read more
