My technician Lencoydus was very professional and skilled. I had a problem with my new system transitioning from AC to Heat mode and Coolray arranged same day service. Lencoydus called before arrival and promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He waived the service fee without me requesting it due to the issue with a new install. Class act.
