On time. Chrissy was fantastic with our 17 months son. I was skeptical going in as it was his first haircut so wasn’t sure how he was going to react. Not only was Chrissy reassuring, but she engaged with our son in a fun way and to my surprise was super efficient. In no time he got the haircut much better than what we planned for. She’s a gem and certainly coming back. Baloons and raisins were a welcoming addition! I highly recommend the place.

Last time I waited for 30-min; next booking they rang me rudely and slapped on a £30 “no-show” fee while I was still only 10 min away. Seems to be a pattern, where they run late it’s fine, but if you’re late they cash in. More interested in your money than your kid's haircut. Keep distance and take your kid to a place that really cares about them.

30-min wait last time, then on another day they hit me with a £30 “no-show” fee after a rude call when I was only 10 min late. Other reviews warn about the same lateness double-standard, they only care about ripping your money and not about kids. The salon trades as Cool Cuts for Kids, but the company behind it is KRASOTA LIMITED, its owner’s name is nowhere on their site. Got my toddler with curly hair for a cut. Loved the experience, chrissy was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!
