Have just rented a property through Cooksleys. Kym has been brilliant, so responsive & helpful. The process from start to finish has been plan sailing - a great service all round! ☺️
Where do I start wouldn’t fix anything in the property and took £125 out the deposit for nothing. The property had mould kitchen appliances broke and it took months to get them fixed. In my personal opinion DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
Me and my wife had a pleasant experience moving home with cooksleys, everything was effortless and straight forward with no inconveniences at all, Kym Hamilton was really good in taking us through the process, she was quite flexible with dates and in liaising with our landlord, we would definitely recommend Cooksleys for your next move.
I have been a tenant with Cooksleys for a year and have had a very good experience. Kym (Lettings Co-Ordinator) is always quick to reply and helpful with any queries I have. The team are also quick to resolve any issues that arise with the property or generally. Highly recommend and many thanks to the team!
