After a positive first visit to get my nails and feet done, my second appointment at the nail bar was highly disappointing. The service could have been better, and I was shuffled around between different staff members, which was different from what I expected. The customer service needed to be improved, and I did not receive the colour matching for my nails and toes that I had requested. The overall experience was quite unpleasant, and I don't plan on returning to this nail bar in the future. Very disappointed.
