Pat D. the service pro was quick, neat & very polite & except for a glitch with his laptop, everything went very well & my toilet tank isn't leaking or whistling anymore.
Joe and a new man Stevan came today on time and great service as always. I watched as Joe taught the new guy (second day on the job), you could tell he really knew his stuff because at the same time I learned a lot from Joe about my system. I use Cookes for all my services, they replaced the drain field about 10 years ago, service is excellent!
Michael McGaffin came out to inspect and determine the extent of our septic issue and was very helpful, informative and professional. He was very through and he took the time to explain our issue, its cause and what preventative measures we can utilize in the future to ensure our septic system runs at optimum performance. I'm not a home owner , but cooke's technician (Patrick M.)Contacted my landlord and everything went very fast as smoothly. A brand new pump truck arrived shortly with another tech (Flavio D.) and then both took care of everything very fast. I'm about to be a homeowner, and I will definitely be a cooke's customer.

I was very impressed with this company. From the time I spoke with Erin at 7 a.m. she had Patrick and Flavio out to my house within a few hours. They are true professionals and handled everything very nicely. Will definitely call them in the future.
