Called Cooke's for a filter cleaning. Once the service pro. opened the septic tank cover, I decided to also get it pumped since it had been a couple of years. Dan T. did a very good job and explained all details to me and quoted the price accurately for me. Will definitely recommend Cooke's to others.
Cooke's called us a week ago as a courtesy call to have our septic system checked. Today, Michael M came out to our house to check on everything. He was VERY professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly. I gave them 5 star because Joe A and Hector were very professional. Joe came out and accessed the problem called the office and had a truck here within 15 to 20 minutes to pump the tank.
This was such a good service call. Noe explained everything so even I could understand it! Hector was great as well. These guys took the time to really talk to me and explain my septic. My husband has been very ill and this part of our life was always his responsibility. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Worst plumbing company ever. I called them to get an estimate for a drain repair and it ended up costing me thousands of dollars because they said I needed copper pipe, so they replaced all the plumbing. Even after replacing it, there is NO COPPER that I supposedly paid for. I also had them change the bathroom two handle faucet in the shower to a single mix faucet. Guess what? They didn't measure the inside of the wall to see where it needed to be placed inside the wall, so now after tile has been ap... read more
Excellent service, Noe was very knowledgable, very professional. Pumped out 2 1/2 year old system got us back in business. Same day service, I would recommend them.
