Cooke's sent Andrew Watson the service technician to evaluate the scope of work to be done. Andrew made several suggestions and chose the one best to complete the task at hand. He stayed on site until all work was preformed and our system was back in operation. Cooke's used courteous and trained technicians, a pleasure to do business with.
Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful, from the people in the office and Justin T who came to the house and cleaned the filter. The job was taken care of in a very timely and professional way.
Last nite we had a septic problem. Scheduled a tech to come out the next morning. Justin T. arrived and walked us through our problem and the sollutions! Then soon after Claudio showed up with the truck and as a team did the job. They walked me step by step during the process. Were awesome. Thank you Cookes and their awesome staff. The Kullas
Justin was polite, knew his job, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He made the contract negotiations easy to work with and this company has done work for us over 40 years. He is indeed an asset to his employer.
Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful, from the people in the office, dispatch and Andrew W. and Andrew that came to the house and worked on my septic system. The job was taken care of in a very timely and positive way. They were careful to remove and then restore my grass neatly, and left everything they way they found it. I will definitely call Cooke's for any future plumbing needs!
I made contact with another Septic Company and the closest appointment was 4 days after that contact, meanwhile we had to be sitting at home smelling terrible fumes. Then i called Cookes Plumbing & Service and there were there immediately to do the Job that had to be done, Thank you Hector, Andrew & Eric, you guys were awesome!
I called Cooke’s this morning. Sophia scheduled a service pro for the same day. Justin T. came out. He did a thorough inspection of the septic. It was drained cleaned and a new cover installed all in the same day. He educated me on every step taken. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Justin. I will request him in the future.
Justin came ON Time! He was polite, clean, very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was needed after his inspection. I agreed and he proceeded in a very professional manner explains what he was doing and what was needed. I was very nervous at first, but he certainly put me at peace, and left with me feeling very comfortable and pleased that I called Cookes! Thank you Justin T.
They are expensive for same job. To put septic tank, they changed me 8000 almost 9 y ago. I did same work 5000 last year??????
