Coleman did a very professional job. Was pleasantly surprised they came for a last minute Saturday appointment. Will definitely recommend!

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time..Coleman was the technician who provided service today and he is a great person..my father has dementia and can be quite rude with people and today Coleman received his usual bad attitude. I had talked to Coleman and the office prior to arrival and I’m sure Coleman quite didn’t expect my fathers attitude but dementia is real and it doesn’t go away..he was able to call me and then discuss things with my father and get the job done.. better than the last plumber w... read more

Fabulous Service! Of course it all happened on a Sunday morning. My toilets started to gurgle and next thing you know, there was septic water backing up everywhere, and I mean everywhere!. Frantic we called Cooke's septic service. The woman who answered the phone was very kind. It was a busy day for the company so their service representative was not able to make it to our home till the end of the day.
