We are so impressed with the service that Cooke's Plumbing provided our household. And the worker, Coleman, was an exemplary plumber who took full ownership of the work he did. Excellent service today by Sage from Cooke's Plumbing & Septic Service. He did his job quickly, efficiently and with excellent service. He told me my options but he never pressured me. He provided his service and left the area spotless. I will always use Cooke's because they hire good people. Right on time too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an urgent plumbing issue and I Decided to call Cooke’s. I have used them for years for my septic system but did not realize they also did plumbing. They sent Sage to my home. He came in with a pink hat and pink booties for Breast cancer Awareness month. He gave me prices for a completely new sink and fixtures and a price for just replacing the bad parts. I was very impressed with Gary and his crew. Considering they were replacing a septic tank, I was amazed at the speed and precision with which they worked. They left the yard raked and graded to perfection. Great Job!!
Made an appointment to have annual filter cleaning and also have a French drain jetted. Coleman arrived on time and was very professional. The filter cleaning was routine and done quickly. The jetting of the french drain was a bit more involved. It seemed that due to settling of my driveway, the catch basin for the drain was actually lower than the exit. called on a Sunday morning Tyler showed up at the house 40 minutes later he assessed the situation and gave me several options for correcting the problem an hour later he returned with all the proper equipment he made this a pleasant experience and I will be using Cooks again for further Plumbing issues thank you very much
So yesterday around 3:30 pm I was taking a shower and realized very quickly that something was not right the shower was not draining, we quick called Cooke's and within a half hour Justin was at the door, professional and explaining what was going to happen .It didn't take long to see that Justin is a great at what he does and a very dedicated employee.
