I probably won’t use these people again. I decided to try them out this time because they have so many reviews, probably because they’re paying for ads on Google. They also offer an incentive to give them a good review by saying that you could win a Publix card. I worked in marketing for 11 years in New York City so I kind a know what I’m talking about. Had septic system trouble so I called Cookes. They arrived within 2 hours and the technician Sage was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and was a true professional. 5 Stars
Unfortunately our kitchen sink backed and had trouble draining so I called Cooks and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Lucas Kitt was very informative, professional and helpful. We ended up having our septic tank pumped and filter cleaned. Would highly recommend! 😁👍

Michael Conway was very professional and courteous explaining what could possibly have gone wrong with my backed up septic system. He knew where the tank clean out covers were, (I have risers installed), and after removing them, and realizing my problem, he gave me several written options, including pricing. After deciding on an option, and having to wait a while for the truck to arrive, he continued to educate me on septic systems.
