RecommendedExtremely fast service with very competent people. Joe Agate is very professional and did the work along with Leon ,the technician, carefully and efficiently. They left NO mess. The people in the office and on the phone were also very professional and efficient and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional.
Honest and strait forward. Knew what was wrong and offered ways the company could help us.
aIIoleman came to my house right away and did the assessment on my septic tank. Everything was done expeditiously. He is a wonderful service man. I am very thankfull for the excellent service. He took care of everything while I was in the hospital. Thx again Coleman.
Our initial reaction was favorable right after they left the house, trusting that they tested their work. The next day we leaned the new tub was not leveled and the drain leaked because it was not tightened. So all their good work went DOWN THE DRAIN! Coleman and Andrew worked on our bathroom remodel job. The proposal was accurate but the final bill was way out of line, even considering a change we made. Andrew and Coleman came to our house to help with a remodel project of our master bathroom. While they were here doing excellent work, I asked their opinion on another plumbing issue. They offered several options to resolve the situation and when they finished with the bathroom plumbing, installing our new vanity, tub and shower, they had time to finish the extra project at a reasonable price. They answered my questions and did great work! We highly recommend Cooke's and in particular Coleman and Andrew.

Macy was very pleasant on the phone when I called about our septic problem and quickly scheduled our service call. Justin T. arrived soon after and was very courteous and professional. He inspected our problem, explained all of our service options in detail, and answered all of my questions. Once I decided on a service option, Frank arrived quickly to pump out our tank. 900$ for a pump out service...….. that is highway robbery . Make sure you need it , turns out not the problem for us but 900.00 later. still cant flush the toilet
