We had a plumber named Joe and he was awesome! He showed up right on time and didn’t waste a second! I told him what was going on with our plumbing issue and he figured out what to do immediately. These guys are life savers! I had backup into my drains and couldn’t figure out why. After trying everything I could think of, I called Cooke’s and they had the entire problem solved within 4 hours! Tyler was an excellent technician, who went above and beyond my expectations! I was also very appreciative of the military discount that Cooke’s offered! It began with speaking to Marie in the office..she was fantastic! She was thorough with her questions and put me immediately at ease. She had an available appointment that afternoon calling 30 minutes before to let me know Andrew was coming to the house.
