My mother-in- law, Nancy Marin, had a plumbing problem and she phoned Cooke’s plumbing and septic service. The company sent service technicians quickly to her home. Andrew Watson and his assistant Josh were wonderful. They were professional and very accommodating. They solved her problem quickly and went above and beyond good service. We highly recommend the company and their great technicians
Very professional, very punctual, very knowledgeable, very pleasant. From the first phone call to the service call all was good. Great job.
They were fast and courteous. Prices were higher than other places I called...but other places couldn't get to me same day.
My girlfriend and I had prepaid reservations booked to leave town on a Friday evening so we were unable to address our plumbing issue, which was a broken hose bib on the side of the house. The previous homeowner thought it was a good idea to have a PVC bib extending outside of the house, so when the pipe became old and brittle a good yank of the hose cracked it right off. Mark arrived at the house soon after we hung up the phone with the office. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain what was going on. Septic tank needed a pump out. After discussing options Hector showed up in the pump out truck. Hector also was at the house amazingly fast. My dining room carpeting was wet when I got home from my run. I called Cooke's and talked to Erin and she immediately got me connected to a service technician. After I talked with him, I got a call from Brian and he assessed the situation with me and found that as long as I turned the water off to the dishwasher it would be okay until morning. Repair guy came out very quickly, was very courteous, but did not fix the problem. The first time their prices were pretty high for a pump-out and they were pushing hard for an upsell, I spent over $1200 for their "bacteria" and pumpout and cleaning the tank... a few weeks of toilet flushing later and the pump was alarming again.
