Septic tank was backed up. Noe and Flavio did a great job, reviewed everything with me, and left like they were never there. Thanks guys!

I must say that this company gets a five star review as well. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to talk to. The staff was very helpful as well. I would recommend them in a heart beat. This is the only phone # you need for septic problems

Called in the late morning and they were quick to respond and had someone here by 2pm the exact time I was quoted. The service Man Andrew was extremely polite, friendly and kept everything clean. He also kept putting on the shoe covers even after I said it was not necessary. I was very happy with the service and would contact them again.
We caught the problem in time before we had a mess on our hands and Cooke's plumbing had Patrick come out on a Sunday morning. He was very informative and answered all of my questions, even though I gave him little bit of hard time about pricing, but I did see the value in his work. We're talking 12 years that the septic had not been clean. He laid tarps on my lawn to keep a clean area, and he left a clean area. Thank you Patrick!
Of all days to have a septic problem, Thanksgiving Day. With a houseful of people coming over I had to get someone here quick. Noe and Milton handled our problem professionally and with a great friendly attitude. They explained everything completely and worked quickly with no up-sell attitude. Thank you Cooke's for having great employees!
We called Cooke's to have them take a look at our septic system for us . Patrick was on time, and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that I could understand everything that may be going on with the system and laid out several options to fix the problem. We discussed each options with pro and cons and settled on an option which in the end was the right one and everything is working great now. Left area spotless after they (Patrick & Hector) were done.
