Moved into a mobile home two months ago. For unknown reasons, the previous owner put in a makeshift bathroom in the front porch. What's worse, is there was no ventilation for it! Called Cookes as the toilet didn't flush, as well as the one in the master bath. James arrived on time and was able to get both toilets working within a few minutes. Cooke's office sent James over on a late Friday afternoon. He resolved the issue within an hour. I was very happy with his knowledge and service.
Septic tank was backing up. Called at 4:00 on a Friday. They had a serviceman there in 30 minutes. He started digging, found the problem, gave several options and cost, we chose what we wanted to do and it was fixed by 7:00 PM except for an additional pipe that had to be fixed the next morning as not enough materials to do it then. Returned first thing the next morning. Couldn't even tell the yard had been dug up....replaced dirt and grass even watered it. Daniel was exceptional. Went above and beyond. Not only are they experts at plumbing and septic, they also understand the bigger picture when it comes to permitting and code enforcement as they vary from county to county.
