Dispatcher was very courteous and got the technician, James, out very promptly. James was very professional and explained the reason for the problem and my options to resolve it, very plainly. I felt like I made an educated choice, thanks to his explanation, and am very satisfied with the cost of the resolution. Cooke's has been very professional and have friendly courteous people. After several bad experiences with other companies, it was a pleasure to discover that this company had knowledgeable people, did what they said they were going to do, and did it expeditiously! Try 'em, you'll like 'em!
They came out to give us an estimate and began the installation of a drain field same day. Tanner was very personable and gave us a thorough explanation of the work to be done.
Dispatcher got someone to me right away (this was on a Saturday). Our serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and our options in ways we could understand. He got us the best deal possible and the problem was resolved quickly! Thanks again Cookes and Joe G.
