Shockingly poor service, Took my money for new CSCS card then they realised they couldn’t refresh my card due to an NVQ new regulation that’s come into play, So only refunded me 20% of my money back when it was there issue and they promised they could get my card. Currently been chasing them for over a month daily for the rest of my money to get an ARN number that my bank has requested.
