Avoid at all costs got a call they needed a grab lorry. collected next day and now can’t answer the phone or emails now the invoice is 90+ days old. I’ve since returned to the customer and sounds like they’ve conned them two. This kind of customer is what make running your own business in 2024 harder than usual work
I've been dealing with Sue and Paul, I changed my mind a couple of times as to what I wanted and they couldn't have been more accommodating, even though I changed my mind 2/3 times! Paul came out on time and was very polite and friendly, the work after the first day was better than I imagined, I couldn't stop smiling. The 2nd day (last) they'd left the garden tidy and they'd done a cracking job, I've sat outside a few times and admired the work. I can't thank them enough!
My job entailed the removal of rotten floorboards and joists from the large entrance lobby of a Community Hall, insertion of a waterproof membrane and full replacement of joists and floorboarding. Bob and his assistant, James, totally removed all damaged wood and then skillfully inserted new joists and flooring. The work was difficult and tiring, but was carried out efficiently, carefully and with respect to an old building. I am delighted with the outcome and with the courtesy shown.
