Exceptional Service! My examination was 100% efficient and I have been totally appreciative to receive such excellent service! Kind & caring people who do an amazing job! Dr. Conrad Ivey is a wonderful doctor and did an excellent job replacing my hip! I went to the hospital in pain and after surgery I had 0 pain! Dr Ivie is one of the best orthopedic surgeons. He is kind and knowledgeable about my condition as soon as he saw the mri , he knew he could do the repair on my torn muscles at the hip and the extreme Damaged bursa .. Dr Ivie did a wonderful repair and well worth the trip to Knoxville from Cleveland.
I had hip pain for about 4 years and had been taking anti-inflammatory meds . It came to point were at the end of the day I could barely walk out to get in my truck. I had come to Dr.Ivie in distress that 1st visit after being under another Ortho providers care for 2 yrs prior. I thought there was no fix after seeing previous Ortho & being told I had arthritis in my knee but Dr. Ivie proved me wrong. After diagnostics it was clear that I only had a couple of options & one being that I chose not to have surgery to fix it. I was treated by Dr. Ivie for some ongoing knee issues. One thing Dr. Ivie and staff fail to realize is that you can hear them discussing things on the other side of the door. He will pretend that he has gone over everything with you but rarely actually discusses anything about the procedure or aftercare. Do not expect to be prepared for what is to follow surgery. Be prepared for a long recovery and complete lack of communication. My recommendation is to choose another provider

I'm very impressed with not only the medical expertise of Dr. Ivey but also the positive uplifting personal interactions I've had with especially Dr. Ivey's team. When the NP (I'm so sorry but I think her name is Katie) met with me she remember my personal background. She remembered my work, goals, and the fact that my husband had passed away. This meant a lot to me! Thank you! You are a superior person. Dr. Ivey did an excellent job replacing my hip.
Dr Ivie and his staff are a pleasure to visit. Dr. Ivie is well versed in his trade and does an outstanding job. Recommended highly!!!
