Conn's is a FRAUD. They charged my credit card on June 24th for a *******TV and sound bar package. Delivery was scheduled for June 28th. I received multiple phone calls, emails and text messages confirming the items would be delivered between 10:30 AM & 12:30 PM on June 28. I sat around and no one came. This us my 3rd purchase from Conn's & each experience has been hassle free & fast. The sales people didn't try to fast talk me, explained everything & made sure I understood everything. The delivery driver was on time, courteous & professional.

I purchased an air conditioner from Conn’s home plus in May or June of 2022. When I purchased the air conditioner they sold us a Conn’s warranty. This warranty costs extra and we were informed that we could take the item in to exchange it, if it messed up. In August the unit messed up and I e tried exchanging the unit. Well much to our surprise, they wouldn’t allow us to. They made us go through corporates service department, who then forced us to go through GE. Very disappointed and upset with the level of unprofessional service provided by Conn's Home Plus. I placed an online order for refrigerator panels, original delivery date was 2 weeks out, over 30 days now...no one from Conn's contacted me.
