Buyer’s Beware!!!! Do Not Buy anything from this company I purchased a Samsung Dryer from them just a little over three years ago and paid $1,000 for it and purchased their extended warranty. My dryer stopped drying the end of May and I called and made a claim for the extended warranty that I purchased from them to date 07/16/2023 my dryer is still not working, I have had 5 different service appointments set up with A & E Appliance Service by request of Conn’s for my extended warranty, they only actually showed up to 2 of th... read more

Sales rep was polite and honest with us - didn't try to upsale us to more expensive options. Approval process was quick and easy. Sales rep worked with us with floor model discounts and packages to ensure we had best deals. Delivery was on time, gentleman were very professional and courteous through out installation process and handled my items with care.
Approval was quick and fast. Delivery was within a week and the delivery was smooth thanks to the workers.
It was an amazing experience. We love our new furniture.
Very good chair......very comfortable I am very impressed with it thank you so much.
The only problem we had, they did not call us the night before.
