My 80-year-old mom purchased an air conditioner at Conn's Home Plus with a warranty. The air conditioner stopped working. For over a month a technician came out and stated, he needed parts or, she had to remove the air conditioner. Mom did get someone to remove the air conditioner and was told she need more parts which took an additional week. Every time we called we got a different excuse. I bought an expensive Sofa about 5 months from Conn's in Harlingen. I noticed that one side of the cushion started to sag a lot and bottomed out. I called customer service where they scheduled someone to come inspect it. The furniture technician agreed that it was abnormal and probably defective due to the weak support. We'll, after he made the report to Conns and a few days passed, I finally got an email saying they couldn't do nothing about it and that it sagging was due to wear and tear. Conns sells good quality items. They directed to a good quality refrigerator. I was concerned about one refrigerator having it's filter near the bottom of the refrigerator, so they showed me one with the filter near the top. It make easier for me to change.
Complete Rippoff!! Never purchase from this place ever!! And never finance anything because you'll be paying for it for years since they charge interest every day!! My wife ended up paying outrageous charges total for television with sound bar and sofa set was $3600 she paid $6800 and they said she still owe $900
