During June 2023, I purchased a new LG Side by Side refrigerator from Conn's on Northwest Highway in Oklahoma City. Mr. Perez the store manager on duty was knowledgeable about all the refrigerators sold by Conn's. After we discussed my needs and preferences for a new refrigerator, he showed me 3 different models from 2 manufacturers that met my criteria. They were able to get my fridge delivered faster than others. Delivery was great they were careful getting it in my new home. Don't depend on tracking delivery you have to chat or call them to check on eta.

Great experience purchasing a new washing machine. The staff werew amazing, they arranged everything for me quickly, and they were able to deliver and install my new appliance within just a few days (most companies couldn't deliver for several weeks). Overall, great experience with this store and will definitely shop again in the future.

Friendly employees and the service was great. I was able to get a great washer and dryer set very fast and a good deal as well
