We currently have Samsung products and our dishwasher quit working with an LC error code back in April. The tech Brian has been wonderful but ******* and Conn’s keep replacing parts but still hasn’t fixed the dishwasher. They have stated 3 different times to let them try one more thing but if that doesn’t work then they will replace it. We are not month 3 and still no dishwasher but we are still making the monthly payments. They were just out on this Tuesday to fix another part. I visited this store 4 times I selected a Mattress. This Mattress was firm. I am 295 lbs. So I need a firm mattress so that I won't sink into it. In the store the mattress was a different color it was just what I needed. I stood up on it with my knees and expressed to the salesperson that this is just the one I had been looking for. When the delivery was made, I had some concerns, I told the delivery people that this is not the one I ordered from the store. We got service as soon as we walked in the door we knew what we wanted and was able to get it delivered with in 2 day. Every one was super nice and friendly .
