Purchased a washer and dryer on a 0% interest promotion with a total price of $2200. Over the year we then paid over $2300. They are now trying to collect back interest a year later because they said one payment was late and voided, the contract, even though they took out the payments automatically. after speaking to someone named Kevin, for 30 minutes arguing our case, he wouldn’t give his last name or his employee number before he hung up on us. These people are not honest, and they steal your money. I've been going back and forth for 3 months now. They have ruined our credit FALSLEY, they won't return my " settled amount of 30% of my balance, plus my 190.00 over payment to them. They lie to people so they can TRY to keep your money. They should be shut down ASAP.

I purchased several appliances from Conn’s. The tv I purchased was off of the floor. The remote started not to work at first. The repair guy came out and said it was non replaceable and it was physical damage. The tv wasn’t dropped or hit. The tv came on and off with lines on the side. My overall experience was Amazing. Everyone was nice and kind. My delivery was smooth. When I walked in the store to pick out my bedroom set all of the employees were nice.
