Lied to at the point of sale about the return policy for a portable air conditioner. We explained our central air conditioning was out and wasn't going to be repaired as quickly as needed so we made sure to ask about being able to return the portable unit with the rent to own. I was told by 2 people that we could return it without penalty and without a restock fee. 9 days later, I tried to return it only to be told that they wouldn't accept it. We bought a brand new couch and matching loveseat. Several other items also. We paid $200 to have the items delivered to us safely. The furniture was delivered to us a few weeks before we moved into the property. When we arrived to our home to put some area rugs down we discovered there was a huge gouge out of the back corner of the couch when we moved it from the wall. We immediately notified Conns regarding the damaged couch that was delivered to us. There is no way the delivery people were not aware of the damage they did... read more

I bought a stove a year ago. The warranty went out in October of last year. My stove stopped working end of December beginning of January. They said they would not fix it. I'm still paying on a stove I haven't used since. I have 14 payments left. Never by from them again

A great company to buy from. I am a first time buyer. My experience at Conn's was one that made me feel special, from the very beginning that started with a call to find the nearest location by me. I spoke with someone name Ali , who had a welcoming sounding voice,that not only gave me good directions but turned out to be my salesperson who was knowledgeable( about my purchase) not only the purchase but the financing also .
