Every time we go to Conns we are greeted with a smile followed by us requesting to talk to Charlie. He has been the associate that has been helping us since the store opened. He has a freak knowledge of all their products and does his best to make sure we leave with everything we want and a payment we can afford

Conn's us my go to for appliances, I miss the family owned nature of the old Conn's but it's still great place to do business & they stand behind what they sell.

The Conn's store was clean and well layed out with multiple appliances available to view. We were greeted right away with a salesman who listened to our needs and showed us several options. He answered many questions and never pressured our decision. For the washer dryer pair we were interested in, the washer was not in stock. the management team supported the salesman and agreed to sell the floor unit.
