After years of being a loyal customer I currently was in the process of buying some new living room furniture and a dishwasher from conns on line. After about a week they tried to schedule a delivery with me from the Albuquerque warehouse the day after they called to schedule as I cannot just take time off from work in a whim, I had them schedule a day the following week so I can get approval from my manager first, I set the delivery day up between 8:30 am and 11 am. I was very happy with my experience with Conns. They were very helpful and courteous. They delivered my refrigerator 3 days later as promised at the time of the sale. I had just left 3 other big national retail stores trying to buy a refrigerator. One of them couldn't get what I wanted and I failed to get any help at the other 2.
