Overall great experience. Quick delivery. Delivery window time was 8 hours earlier than what we were told but thankfully we were home. We will use Conns again in the future.

Jake and his team was amazing Jake stayed with us the whole time he never left us he never helped other people while he was helping us it was he was amazing and the delivery team that was the greatest delivery team we've ever had tray and his dad they were amazing absolutely

The salespeople are always friendly and helpful. However, the process takes too long and the protocol for delivery team do not match what the salesperson told me. They need to be on the same page because my spouse had to speak to a delivery supervisor to get some things done on delivery.
