My sales rep. was so kind yet professional. She was not pushy. If she had been I would have gone somewhere else. She went above and beyond to make the sale. If I need anything else from them I'll certainly ask for her. I'm very pleased with my experience overall!

Wish I could give them 10 stars. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by every employee that could see me. I advised them why I was there and they immediately took care of my needs. As I was finishing up, I was told it would be about 7 days before they could deliver but I got my items the very next day. The delivery guys set my items up without damaging anything within 20 minutes. I am beyond pleased
Everyone that helped me was awesome.My experience there was exactly what I expected. Great job Everyone.

I was shopping for an 85' Samsung HDTV and Conn's HomePlus had the exact TV I was looking for in stock. Free home delivery was scheduled for the next day. The delivery crew arrived as scheduled and set up the TV. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely shop at Conn's HomePlus again.

I was a happy customer. I was approved for what i wanted, got out the door , no money down and all was good delivery etc .. T.V. broke not sure what happened maybe my 2 year old threw something , i don't know , i was just paying for a tv that didn't work. So i file my insurance claim i had been paying for every month and they say it was not covered ? Ok well 100 reasons of why it would be covered but a common accident isn't covered , only if your house catches fire or floods or some reason that will never happen 1% chance. S... read more
