Bought a washing machine from Michael. Good service but did not get a contract in my hand, only on the computer which I am having trouble opening. Two days later called to speak to Michael. He was out indefinitely. Finally spoke to manager Virginia about the warranty and the cost. I chose 4 years and wanted to change it to 2 years but the washer was delivered within 24 hours so she said it could not be changed. I wasn't following her as she wasn't answering my questions. I knew what I wanted. The salesman sat me down and got the paperwork done quickly. He explained my cost every month. The process took less than 30 minutes. The item came the next morning, before schedule which was great. The total time was less that 15 minutes. The process was not long and was very good. Will buy again fro Conns!

HORRIBLE. My window a/c is out and I purchased one from them last week. I can't get them to come out and install my unit. These people have been given me the run around ever since. I live in Texas and it's hot. I've left several messages for the management team and they WILL NOT return my calls. I guess they got my sale so that's all that matters to them. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CONNS TO ANYONE.

We purchase appliance from store on April 2022 and we use debit card for transaction and after 30 minutes we went and cancelled transaction store manager was so rude and she said we can’t refund you money you have to wait 10 days until today we have no received our money back I’m going to file a claim on small Bussiness bureau. Never shopping again in this store.
