Conn's warranty is the worst! I bought my appliances February 25th 2022 I went to cancel the warranty and the insurance on March 11th 2022 and it is now September 6th 2022. I have made 3 phone calls to them to cancel the warranty. I've had a few emails and promised calls back and nothing has been done. I was on the phone with them today September 6th 2022 for 47.50 minutes just so they can tell me they will have somebody call me back I'm trying to pay off my appliances and they need to take off the Warranty and insurance and... read more

Great appliances,fast delivery but the installation was unsatisfied feeling. Purchase on Tuesday and delivery on Wednesday. Today is Monday and I have not been notified for when the installation will be finished
