Their name fits perfectly! Conns=cons their delivery drivers forged a signature on a damaged item to leave at my home while I was not present and now conns does not want to exchange the item because they have a fake signature that’s not even my name! I have proof and have sent them this and they are not willing to make their wrongs right! Avoid this company at all costs!

I bought a washer and dryer from Conn's Home Plus and they had a deal going on where you could pay no interest for 12 months on purchases. I didn’t plan on financing them but thought, why not! In August, I went online to pay my bill and they took my payment TWICE. It was deducted twice from my bank and credited twice to my account at Conn’s. Unfortunately the salesman was required to sell ALL of the varied products in the store- and thus was not very knowledgeable in ANY-esp televisions. Though affable- not very knowledgeable!!!!!

I have had really great in store service with Conns. The sales person has been very knowledgable and explained all the features of the items I was looking to buy. They give me a delivery date, and they deliver on that date. The delivery people can be a little difficult sometimes, but overall they get it done, and they are just contractors. I have received excellent customer service at Conns, and I always work with Darius.
Everything was professional the sale and the delivery had no problem!
