Worst place to ever do business with! All they want is for you to sign on that dotted line so they can get their money! Once something is broken they transfer you around and literally don’t give a damn if it gets resolved! Bought a brand new washer (Samsung) and within 8 months it was broken! You think they cared??? Sure didn’t! And I’ve done plenty of business with this company but never again! Lesson learned! Stick to Best Buy
