First time shopping at Conns and it was a great experience and the delivery guys were top notch.
I enjoyed there services! They were very polite and very attentive! The delivery crew was awesome they made sure I liked the way they set up my devices and if I didn't they would move it with no issues!! Thanks
Sold us an open used TV. We paid the price for a new TV. Conveniently it was dropped during the delivery. At which point they said they opened the box. We just went to set up the TV and the remote is used, the packaging is crumbled up and thrown into the box. The power cord is simply tossed in the box. When I called the store, the manager Marcos Rivera, said it was the policy for the warehouse to open and check items, but the driver said he opened it. Great experience! I just hate that I paid for components for the dryer that don't fit my home and I had to go out and spend more money.
