DO NOT GO HERE!!! Conns is a CON!! Just like the name says. I have made a purchase with conns 5 years ago. I was doing the monthly plan until I found out the originally the insurance I signed up for was not what I had asked for. After my tv had messed up due to electrical problem with the tv, I stopped paying because I could not afford to pay for it with my third daughter being born. We had purchased from Conn's several times and decided to purchase new couches. When we were in the store, we were treated great. Once they got our money, it was a totally different experience. We had arranged for a Saturday delivery and the Salesperson said it wouldn't be an issue (we hadn't signed the contract yet). Well, Saturday morning rolled around and we hadn't heard from them. Tonia, the lady we dealt with was WONDERFUL!! She was super nice, wasn't pushy, didn't rush us and allowed us to ask questions. We even joked around with her. It was a great stress-free shopping experience. We're definitely going to be repeat customers. Delivery guys were amazing too! They were nice, talked to us and were very thorough on what we needed to do after installation. Great guys!!
