I always have a good experience at Conn's. I walk in and I am greeted and asked if I need help. I usually know what I'm coming for, it's nice to be greeted. I was asked several times by different sales floor reps if I was finding what I need. And I assured them I was. Very clean store, professional, and courteous. I have a person I like to work with. He's Freddie. He is prompt, professional, and knows about all the specials in the store. Very helpful. My store is in Dallas, Tx off of Wheatland and the Frwy.
