From the time I walked in the door and was giving space and then excellent sales service he gave me all the best options financially did not try to put me in something I could not afford it took a long time to do the paperwork and get approved I was there two hours I think but the delivery man were Top Notch they were very clean they were very thrilled instructions they set everything up before I left make sure it worked before I signed anything they brought everything you needed to hook up appliances so I did not have to bu... read more

The salesman was absolutely wonderful. The delivers were too, with exception that 2 of my pillows fell in what looks like motor oil & instead of letting me know they stuck the under the plastic & almost damaged the sofa. I didn't even complain because everything was smooth and everyone was pleasant.

The sales man was great, but they always are just to make a quick buck. Was charged $175 fee to have our tv delivered since they didn't have it in hut was assured they would set it up for us in the case the tv was damaged by the delivery driver. When they get here, there was no set up , i, a 4'11 girl had to go assist them in getting the tv to my apartment, got it out of the box myself, and set it up myself. Not sure why theres such a high fee for lazy workers.

Conn's was amazing. We went in got what was needed and had it the next day. Delivery was awesome as well guys came in installed I'm a timely manner. Very respectful and informative. Asked you to look @ their work once completed for your approval. Fantastic customer service!
