I was just looking and I was going to compare prices and stores. I started with Conns and I was greeted and told them I was looking I did and I asked for someone who would be knowledgeable about the washing machine and dryers. Mr ****** said he could help he answered all my questions he was very professional and and knowledgeable about all the machines I was impressed he was friendly and so that did it for me I decided to do my purchase there. The employees are so amazing , they were so amazing in helping me with what I wanted the paper work was a breeze for the loan , they were so kind and respectful , the delivery was so awesome the men took care of my bed and every piece that came with it , they treated it as if it was their's, I highly recommend Conns to everyone , this is the 3rd bed I have purchased from them , the first one was for my grandson , the next one was for a friend who had bad luck and wasn't able to buy herself a bed when she got her first place ... read more

I would like to thank Gary as my salesman who was able to really help me find the best refrigerator that suited us. As well as able to help us to do our credit application with Conn's. He was very professional and courteous. The delivery guys were also awesome they were able to help me to be able to get my refrigerator in with no problem as well as he took time to show me how to use it. I would highly recommend Conn's I am a Conn's customer for over 25 years. And I thank God they courtesy haven't changed.

We ordered a washing machine. When it was delivered, the men turned it on to see if it ran, but didn’t wait to see if it leaked. It flooded our house. They set up a time to deliver a new one and pulled a no show. They set up a delivery for another day and pulled another no show. This is a common complaint on Yelp. Their call center personnel are extremely rude and can hardly be understood. They also act like they don’t have a clue what is going on. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Terrible experience with Conn's with the exception of the salesmen I dealt with and a female manager at the location. Two weeks ago I bought a refrigerator and a few other things from Conn's off of 104th and Grant in Westminster/Thornton area. During delivery I watched my refrigerator get damaged. The damage was not super significant so I figured I would see what concession Conn's might make for what happened. Had pics taken and damage noted by delivery guys who were great about what happened.
