Great customer service. I shopped for a washer/dryer set on a Saturday and it was delivered the next day. Quick service. Delivery guys were quick and out of there less than thirty minutes and had me back up and running. Thank you.

Don't believe the high star rating paid portrayals. Do believe the low ratings. "CONNS"! Terrible used products. Shifty service techniques. No real Customer Service! BUYER BEWARE!!! Once they have your money you are of no consequence. Go somewhere local and reputable

It was a great experience. They were very courteous. Educated,, knowledgeable of what they were doing. They checked ✔️ the merchandise to be sure that it was OK 👍. So I'm very pleased with them 😀. I'll give them a 10 in everything.

I think Conn's is my new favorite store. My assistant. was right about how easy it was to purchase my new fridge. Chris was excellent in sales and DELiVERY couldn't have been better.
