Sold me a refrigerator that can’t be repaired and I was told that by the repairman. It was knocking from day one and I have ask several times 3 months after I got it for them to replace it. I keep having to throw my food out of the freezer because it keep billing up a lot of frost especially my ice cream. Employees went above and beyond to assist in obtaining the right appliance. We did not feel pressured. It was the best experience we ever had with communication for delivery and install.

The salesman CJ help me with everything that I was looking for. CJ was very friendly and helpful and explained everything that I was purchasing. When they deliver my merchandise they set everything where I need it,and where very friendly and careful.

Absolutely terrible! From delivery to customer service to now, four products including furniture and electronics have went straight ...... No warranty loyalty, if they don’t make you believe there even is one including in your finance package till you find out it was never included after sale is finalized… All you’re gonna hear is we apologize “nothing we can do”, or “we take our customer service seriously” then leave you on hold for an hour… or refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. Just absolutely disgusted!!!
