I loved my experience with Conns. I went in, told them what I needed and they helped me out. Answered all my questions. They even got the tape measure out and helped me measure to be sure of fit. The delivery men took care of everything and made sure nothing got damaged in the process. So far my refrigerator is running great!

I have been using conns furniture for about 1 year They have been excellent since day one. Delivery service and a customer service is big for me . They nailed each service at there best. Pricing is reasonable and so is payment options . Left my last furniture company to be with them felt amazing.

I purchased a bedroom set on 6/27/2022 for 3315.58 in cash for guest to sleep in for the 4th of July. The furniture was scheduled to be delivered on July 1st. I received an email the furniture would not be delivered until after the 4th of July. I called your customer service and they were able to deliver it on July 2nd. When putting the drawer together the delivery guy damage the wood around the dresser with the screw. I then received another delivery and the wood around the mirror was damage when he took it out of the box. ... read more
