Called conns appliances customer service was very rude and unhelpful would not let me speak with management about services done not working even several attempts to get answers very poor customer service still not resolved no More money from me andy family

The communication between the installation department and the local store needs to be improved upon. The salesman told me when the installation would take place and that I’d get a courtesy call. When the tech called he told me he did not have a helper. I agreed to reschedule so I took off of work the next day to be available for the installation of the product after confirming with the installation tech and the customer service personnel. I purchases a new washing machine. Upon using it the first time I realized it was making a loud noise. Conn's sent out a repair person who told me it needed a new part. I called to say I do not want a new part because this was supposed to be a brand new washing machine. The product was defective and they will NOT even exchange it for a new machine. We were very impressed by the woman pat that finally stopped to help after watching 3 men walk past us we are very happy she talked us into a set besides just the washer we came in for! She deserves a raise

Bought a couch and recliner set for my sons house. Sales people were very nice and not pushy at all like some places. Helped me out with the purchase and kept me updated on delivery.

The conns I went to was great from start to finish, even just the interaction with the very first person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and knowledgeable. This was my very first time working with conns & I world do it all over again. I never once felt like I was just a 'sale' for them the experience in the store was great, the delivery was great.
